An in-progress local learning gateway for providers, catalogs, instances, diagnostics, and emergency-safe access.
What it is
PBB Learning / Lumaria is a Laravel LMS-agnostic gateway that organizes local and external learning providers without merging institutional LMS databases. Its current implementation includes Account hooks, provider and platform registries, catalogs, learning instances, diagnostics, settings, health checks, and emergency-state APIs.
Lumaria remains V1-incomplete. Deep LMS adapters, full Library integration, some administrative editing workflows, Kit Setup and Data Prep, final security review, and production release approval are not yet confirmed.
Problem it solves
Communities and institutions need one local doorway to learning opportunities without pretending that every LMS, course record, and external provider is stored or synchronized by PBB.
Core workflow
A learner or administrator opens Lumaria and uses the configured Account or local session flow.
The local catalog describes providers, collections, packages, instances, and their current availability.
Lumaria routes the user to a local package, local LMS, or reachable external provider according to the configured adapter.
Emergency-state controls and deployment choices keep heavy learning workloads subordinate to essential local services.

No. Lumaria helps people reach and manage learning services, but each school or university system remains responsible for enrollment, grades, submissions, and official records.
Learning packages and school systems installed on or connected to the local node may remain available. What works offline depends on how each learning provider has been set up.
Usually not. A school system hosted elsewhere needs a working connection unless a local copy or an offline learning package has been provided.
Libria can provide local search and reference materials. It does not manage courses, and Lumaria's complete connection to it has not yet been confirmed.
Learning activity may be limited or redirected so that emergency response, communication, and health services receive priority.
No. The foundation exists, but administration tools, connections to other learning systems, installation, privacy, security, and release work are still incomplete.
